Refund Policy


Most orders are shipped within 24 hours and generally the same day if placed before 1:00 pm., Central Time. We ship via UPS and USPS.


Our terms are pre-payment via credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or ACH Bank Transfer once you have established an account with us. Please call us at (931) 329-3131 for details.

Shipping Charges

All orders are subject to standard UPS and USPS shipping and handling charges.
Orders outside the US will be subject to higher shipping charges, associated with the final delivery destination. Company is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

Small Orders

There is no minimum order. Small orders will be charged our usual shipping and handling fees.


If you detect and error in your order, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will gladly accept returns necessitated due to our error Products maybe returned to us no more than 30 days from the date of invoice (please include copy of invoice with return). The customer pays for the shipping in this case and is the order is subject to an additional 15% restocking fee.

Back Orders/Discontinuation

If, upon receipt of our invoice, an item is marked back order”, it will automatically be shipped as soon as it becomes available. There is no need to place a reorder. If an item is marked as “Discontinued”, it may no longer be available, as quantities will be limited to stock on hand.
